Ingredients

500 gms roasted, salted cashew nuts 2 tbsp melted coconut oil

Step 1

Add the cashew nuts to the food processor and blitz them until they form a crumbly texture and scrape down the sides at intervals.

Step 2

While the blender is still running, pour in the melted coconut oil and keep processing until it reaches a smooth consistency.

Step 3

Transfer to a glass jar and allow it to cool completely before storing in the fridge.
