For the filling, heat oil and saute garlic. Then add finely chopped onions, grated carrot and crushed paneer. Season with salt and pepper.
Mix maida, lukewarm water, salt and oil and make a dough. Make small balls and stuff them with the filling.
Heat water in a momo steamer and place the stuffed balls on top of the tray.
Steam the momo for 12-15 minutes. Your veg momo is ready. Serve them with red chutney and soup.
