8 to 10 paani puris 2 potatoes 1 tomato 1/4 cup coriander chutney 3 to 4 green chilies 1 tsp sugar 1 onion 1 cup curd 2 tsp red chili powder 1/2 cup sev 3/4 tsp chaat masala 1 tsp cumin powder Salt as required Handful of chopped coriander leaves

First wash the potatoes and boil them. When boiled, peel and mash them properly.

In a bowl, add mashed potatoes, cumin powder, red chili powder and chaat masala. Mix well.

In another bowl, add curd and salt to it. Also add a little sugar. Also, chop green chilies and tomato.

Take a plate and place the pani puris. Add the potato masala and chopped vegetables.

Top the puris with beaten curd and garnish with green chutney, chaat masala and sev on top. Serve and enjoy!
