If you are craving something salty, make some chips at home instead of consuming heavily processed snacks. This summer, make jackfruit chips to celebrate the seasonal product and enjoy a healthy snack.
¼ teaspoon turmeric 2 cups jackfruit wedges Salt to taste Coconut oil
Slice the jackfruit into thin wedges after washing and drying it thoroughly.
Sprinkle turmeric powder on it and give wedges a toss.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the wedges until they are crispy.
You can also air fry the wedges to avoid frying or microwave them until crispy.
Once the chips are crispy, set them aside to cool down a bit.
Sprinkle salt and peri peri spice mix (optional), and enjoy the snack.
