Satisfy your cravings on the go with homemade ramen that is ready to eat, offering the perfect blend of flavors in every bite.
2 tbsp corn ¼ cup carrot, julienned 2 tbsp spring onion, chopped 2 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped 50 gms paneer/tofu, cut into cubes 1 tsp arowroot powder 1 tbsp light soy sauce 1 tsp lemon juice 1 tbsp sriracha 1 pack noodles- Hakka noodles/ egg noodles/ rice noodles/ vermicelli 1 tbsp sesame oil 1 tsp ginger, chopped 1 tsp garlic, chopped 1-1.5cups boiling water
Heat oil in a pan & saute the ginger & garlic for 2 minutes & let it cool completely.
Add all the ingredients to a jar with the cooled ginger-garlic & close the lid tightly.
Add boiling water to the jar & close the lid for 10 minutes. Serve hot & dig in.!
