Paneer paratha is a healthy, wholesome, and delicious snack enjoyed by North Indians. It can be relished for breakfast or dinner. Roasted in butter, the recipe is loaded with good fat and helps to keep cravings in check.
100 grams of grated paneer 1 cup atta Salt to taste 1 chopped green chilli ½ tsp red chilli powder 1 tbsp coriander leaves 2 tbsp butter Water as needed
Take atta in a bowl and knead it into a soft dough. Let it rest.
Grate paneer on a plate and mix it with salt, chillies, chilli powder, and coriander leaves.
Take a small amount of the dough and roll it.
Place paneer mixture at the centre and seal the disc. Roll it again gently.
Spread the paratha on a hot griddle and top it with butter.
Roast both sides until crispy and serve.
