Chicken pieces (legs, thighs, or wings) Buttermilk All-purpose flour Paprika Garlic powder Onion powder Salt Black pepper Dried thyme Vegetable oil (for frying)
Soak chicken pieces in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
In a shallow bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and dried thyme.
Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or skillet.
Dredge the chicken in the flour mixture, ensuring even coating.
Fry for about 10-12 minutes, then flip and cook for another 10-12 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Drain and serve hot.
