Craving Garlic Bread? Bake It At The Comfort Of Your Kitchen

Garlic bread is among the popular side dishes consumed with fast food items like pizza, pasta, and lasagna. However, if you want to make it at home, you can simply toast bread slices and spread garlic butter. But it does not taste or look like the ones you enjoy at restaurants. Here is a quick recipe for it.

Ingredients

For Dough 2 cups maids 1 cup warm water 1 tsp instant yeast 2 tbsp sugar 1 tsp mixed herbs 2 tbsp milk powder 2 tbsp oil ½ tsp salt 1 tsp crushed garlic

Ingredients

1/4 cup boiled sweet corn ¼ cup vegetables of your choice Cheese as required Chilli flakes as required For Garlic Butter 1 tsp crushed garlic 4 tbsp butter ½ tsp chilli flakes ½ tsp mixed herbs

Step 1

Take warm water in a bowl and add yeast and sugar. Combine so that the yeast activates.

Step 2

Add maida, salt, milk powder, and other ingredients. Knead the mixture into a soft dough.

Step 3

Keep the dough aside for at least 2 hours so that it doubles in quantity. 

Step 4

In one bowl, combine the ingredients for garlic butter. In other containers, keep corn, vegetables, and grated cheese ready.

Step 5

Punch the dough and cut small balls from it. Roll a ball into a circle, apply garlic butter, add veggies, and fold it in half. Skip stuffing if you like it plain.

Step 6

Make cuts on the surface and grease with garlic butter again. Bake this for 20-25 minutes and the stuffed garlic bread is ready.
