Made with very few ingredients, this pancake perfectly fits in your healthy and gluten-free diet.
1 1/2 cups of gluten-free all-purpose flour 3 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 tbsp sugar 1 1/4 cups milk 1 egg 3 tbsp butter, melted
In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Make a well in the middle and pour in the milk, egg and butter. Whisk until smooth.
Heat a non-stick griddle and pour 1/4 cup of batter. Flip it after bubbles are formed. Brown on the other side and serve with butter and blueberry syrup.
