Make this iconic street food at home and enjoy with your family.

Ingredients

3 cups puffed rice, 2 potatoes (boiled and chopped into cubes), 1 onion (finely chopped), 1 tomato (finely chopped), 50 gm coriander, 1/4 cup peanuts (roasted and salted), 1 green chilli (finely chopped), 2 tsp tamarind chutney, kosher salt to taste, 1/3 cup sev, 1 handful papdi

Step 1

In a large bowl, mix the puffed rice, potatoes, onion, tomato, coriander, peanuts, and green chilli together.

Step 2

Add tamarind chutney and mix the contents of the bowl together.

Step 3

Add salt to taste and toss again.

Step 4

Garnish with the sev and crushed papdi. Serve and eat immediately.
