1 kg tuna steak 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon paprika 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper Lemon wedges
Place the tuna steak on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Drizzle the tuna with olive oil.
Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Serve the baked tuna with lemon wedges for squeezing over.
