Ingredients

1 teaspoon coffee ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder 1.5 teaspoons ghee 1 teaspoon jaggery 1 cup non-dairy milk

Step 1

In a blender, mix coffee, ghee, jaggery, non-dairy milk (almond, soy, cashew), and turmeric powder.

Step 2

Add a pinch of cardamom powder if you like its refreshing taste and aroma.

Step 3

As the ghee emulsifies and becomes foamy, add some boiling water and blend again.

Step 4

You can also add the blended concoction to boiling water and let the mixture simmer for a couple of minutes.

Step 5

Drink the coffee hot first thing in the morning.
