2 cups rajma 3 cups chopped onion 3 cups chopped tomatoes 3 tbsp vegetable oil 4 cups water 2 tsp salt 2 tsp kashmiri red chili powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 3 tsp rajma masala 1/2 tsp hing

First, soak rajma overnight or for at least 6 hours. When done, heat a pressure cooker on medium to high flame.

Add oil, jeera, and hing. Let them splutter. Then, add onions and cook them for 2 to 3 minutes.

Then, add ginger, garlic, and green chilies. Add tomatoes and salt and cook until the tomatoes turn mushy.

Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, and rajma masala. Cook the whole mix for another 2 mins.

Add water and soaked rajma. Mix everything well and close the cooker lid. Let it cook on medium flame.

Cook for 7 to 10 whistles. After the whistles, stir and mash some rajma beans. Add amchur, garam masala and ghee.

Check the consistency and garnish with coriander leaves. Cook for 3 more mins and serve!
