Corn chaat is a perfect snack for a cocktail party or when you are hungry and irritated. It is a healthy alternative to binge-eating fast food. This crispy and wholesome dish is a must-try for every foodie.

Ingredients

2 cups boiled corn 2 tbsp corn flour 2 tbsp rice flour Salt to taste ½ tsp pepper 1 chopped onion 2 tbsp coriander leaves ½ tsp cumin powder ½ tsp red chilli powder Oil for frying 1 tbsp lemon juice

Step 1

Toss boiled corn with rice and corn flour in a bowl.

Step 2

Sprinkle salt and make sure kernels are coated nicely.

Step 3

Slowly drop the corn in hot oil and deep fry until they are crispy.

Step 4

While corn kernels are cooked, you can chop onions and coriander leaves.

Step 5

Toss crispy corn with vegetables. Sprinkle pepper, cumin powder, and chilli powder on top.

Step 6

Drizzle lemon juice and enjoy the chaat.
