Chocolate cupcakes are a well-liked dessert that are enjoyed by people of all ages due to its luscious cocoa flavour and rich, moist texture. Treat your sweet tooth with these tempting cupcakes.
1 cup granulated sugar ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1 tsp baking soda ½ tsp salt 1 cup water 1/3 cup vegetable oil 1 tbsp white vinegar 1 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add the water, vegetable oil, vinegar, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients, and mix until smooth and well combined. Fill each cupcake liner about two-thirds full of the batter.
Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre of a cupcake comes out clean. Allow the cupcakes to cool completely before frosting and serving. Enjoy the irresistible chocolatey goodness.
