Did you get samosas as leftovers from last evening's snacking session? You can use them the next day to prepare a samosa sandwich for breakfast or a snack in the afternoon. It is the easiest recipe but its taste will leave your taste buds tantalised.
2 samosas 4 slices of bread 2 tbsp green chutney 2 tbsp ketchup 1 tbsp tamarind chutney 1-2 tsp chaat masala 1 sliced onion 1 sliced tomato 2 tbsp melted butter 2 cheese slices (optional)
Break the samosas by pressing with your hands or rolling a pin on a flat kitchen counter.
Apply butter on the bread and all kinds of chutneys you like in the desired quantity.
Arrange the slices of onions and tomatoes. You can also use cucumber if you like.
Place samosa on bread and cover it with another.
Your sandwich is ready, you can eat it as is.
You can also add a slice of cheese and toast your sandwich on a tawa. Enjoy this cheesy version with ketchup or chutney.
