Craving A Healthy Breakfast? Try This Ragi Cheela Then

Need a quick and wholesome breakfast recipe? So give this mouthwatering Ragi Cheela dish, which uses a few very basic ingredients from your kitchen, a try.

Ingredients 

3 tablespoon ragi flour
 1/2 cup semolina flour salt as required 1 handful coriander leaves 1 onion 3 green chilli 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste 2 pinch baking soda
 1/2 cup yoghurt (curd)

Step 1

Begin with preparing the batter. In a bowl add curd , semolina flour and ragi flour. Whisk them well to a nice consistency.

Step 2

Add all the spices and whisk the batter well to give some nice flavour. Now take veggies wash them properly and dice them up. Add them to the mixture.

Step 3

Wash and chop some coriander leaves and add to the mixture. Keep the bat yer aside to ferment for 30-45 minutes.

Step 4 

Now heat a pan, grease it up with oil and pour a laddle, spread it like a dosa and cook until golden brown.    6. Take a plate and serve your hot cheela with your favourite slides and enjoy!
