Need a quick and wholesome breakfast recipe? So give this mouthwatering Ragi Cheela dish, which uses a few very basic ingredients from your kitchen, a try.
3 tablespoon ragi flour 1/2 cup semolina flour salt as required 1 handful coriander leaves 1 onion 3 green chilli 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste 2 pinch baking soda 1/2 cup yoghurt (curd)
Begin with preparing the batter. In a bowl add curd , semolina flour and ragi flour. Whisk them well to a nice consistency.
Add all the spices and whisk the batter well to give some nice flavour. Now take veggies wash them properly and dice them up. Add them to the mixture.
Wash and chop some coriander leaves and add to the mixture. Keep the bat yer aside to ferment for 30-45 minutes.
Now heat a pan, grease it up with oil and pour a laddle, spread it like a dosa and cook until golden brown. 6. Take a plate and serve your hot cheela with your favourite slides and enjoy!
