Have you purchased a bulk of fruits and veggies that you do not know how to keep fresh in the hot summer season? Here are some tips for you to store these fresh fruits and vegetables.
The best way to enjoy corn is to consume it fresh. If you have to store it, keep it in its husk in a bag.
Do not tightly wrap them. Put cherries in a loosely covered container and keep away from moisture.
Wrap cut the melons with cellophane or plastic wrap before putting them in refrigerator.
Store your mangoes in the fridge and put them in cool water an hour before consuming them.
Unripe tomatoes should be stored stem side down in room temperature while ripe ones in the fridge for 2 days at the most.
