Packed with a burst of flavours, corn chaat is low in calories that helps is losing those extra kilos. Here is the recipe to prepare at home.
2 cups corn kernels, ½ cup onions, 1 tsp green chili peppers, ¼ cup tomatoes, ½ tsp chaat masala, ½ tsp black salt, ½ tsp red chili powder, 1 tbsp lime juice, 2 tsp tamarind chutney, 2 tsp green chutney, 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
Finely chop onions, tomatoes, chillies and cilantro and keep it aside.
Boil the corn kernels for three minutes and drain.
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl including the chutneys and spices. Serve immediately.
