1 cup sattu flour 1 teaspoon cumin powder ½ teaspoon kala namak Juice of ½ lemon ½ onion, chopped ½ cucumber, chopped 1 green chilli, chopped 1 tablespoon chopped coriander 2-3 cups water
Add the sattu flour, cumin powder and kala namak to a bowl and dilute with water until you get a pourable consistency.
Once your mixture is free of lumps, add the remaining ingredients and mix well to combine.
Refrigerate for an hour or two and mix well before serving chilled.
