Curd - 1 cup Oats - 3-4 tsp Curryleaves - 2-3 Mint (Pudina)leaves - 8-10 Fresh coriander leaves - 1-2 tsp Green chilli chopped - 1 - 2 Ginger - 1/4 inch piece Chaat masala powder - 1/2 tsp Cumin pwdr - 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp Dry mint powder - 1/2 tsp Black salt - 1/2 tsp Chilled Water - 2 cups Ice cube
In a blending jar add curd and oats. Blend it.
Add ginger, green chilli, curry, mint and coriander leaves. Blend it again.
Add ice cubes, water and all the spices. Blend it.
