Chaas is a summer drink that you need to drink to keep yourself, cool, hydrated and ready for the hot weather. Here is how to make it.
Yogurt or curd Water Salt Roasted cumin powder Black pepper powder Fresh mint leaves Fresh coriander leaves Ginger (optional) Green chili (optional)
In a blender or mixer, add the yogurt, water, cumin powder, salt, black pepper powder, mint leaves, coriander leaves, ginger, and green chili.
Once blended, check the consistency of the chaas. If it is too thick, you can add more water to thin it out to your desired consistency.
Add the spices and pour it out in a glass. Garnish with mint leaves and enjoy chilled.
