Beat the heat with this vibrant and nutritious Beetroot Chaas. Blending grated beetroot with yogurt, spices, and herbs creates a refreshing and healthy beverage.
1 medium-sized beetroot 2 cups plain yogurt 1 cup chilled water 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder 1/4 tsp black salt 1/4 tsp black pepper powder 1/4 tsp chaat masala Fresh mint leaves Salt to taste
In a blender, add grated beetroot, plain yogurt, and chilled water. Blend until smooth. Pour it in a bowl.
Add roasted cumin powder, black salt, black pepper powder, and chaat masala. Mix everything well.
Adjust the seasoning if needed. Now Chill the beetroot chaas in the refrigerator.
Now Pour the chaas into glasses. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
