45 ml pisco 2 tablespoons cilantro leaves with stems 20 ml simple syrup 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice Lemon slice to garnish
Muddle the cilantro leaves with the syrup and lime juice in a cocktail shaker and add the pisco, once done. Shake well with plenty of ice and strain into a glass. Garnish with a lemon slice and serve cold.
