This delightful frozen dessert captures the refreshing essence of ripe kiwis, offering a burst of vibrant flavor with each spoonful. Try this easy and delicious recipe.
4 ripe kiwis 1 cup heavy cream 1 cup whole milk ¾ cup granulated sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract Green food coloring
Wash, Peel and cut the kiwis. Now in a blender blend the kiwis until smooth.
In a bowl, combine the kiwi puree, heavy cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract.
Stir well. Add few drops of green food coloring. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn accordingly.
Transfer the churned ice cream into a container. Freeze it until firm.
Once fully frozen, Scoop it into bowls or cones and enjoy the refreshing and fruity kiwi ice cream.
