Summer is underway and India is at the mercy of the heat.  But you can always stay healthy and hydrated with a cooling drink in hand. Yoghurt-based drinks are a popular beverage around the world, known for their refreshing taste and numerous health benefits. 

Lassi

This traditional Indian drink is made by blending yoghurt with water, sugar, and spices such as cardamom and cumin.
