Use Fresh Milk

Always start with fresh and good-quality milk. You can use whole milk for better results.

Do Not Overheat The Milk

Remember to avoid overheating the milk. It can make paneer tough and rubbery.

Use A Muslin Cloth 

The finer the cloth, the smoother the paneer. Muslin Cloth always comes in handy!

Pressing Technique

While setting the paneer, use a light hand while pressing. Pressing too hard can make the paneer dense.

Warm Water

If the paneer has become slightly tough, soak it in warm water. A pinch of salt also helps.

Add Cream Or Milk Powder

You can add a tablespoon of cream or a few teaspoons of milk powder to make it creamy.

Marinate With Curd Or Yoghurt

Before using the paneer in a recipe, marinate it in a mixture of yoghurt or curd with a pinch of salt. It makes it tasty and soft, miraculously.
