Cleaning the prawns properly is very important. Remove the dirt from inside the head of the prawns properly.
Completely defrost your prawns before cooking. They taste fresh and nice.
Prawns can be cooked both shelled and unshelled. If you peel the prawn, de-vein it too.
Never over cook the prawn as it gets chewy very quickly. If your prawn is C shaped, its cooked and O shaped is overcooked.
Marinate prawns in egg whites and baking soda to make them firm and crispy.
