Pasta is a true crowd-pleaser. It is simple to make but tastes very delicious. Here are five tricks to make the best pasta.
Adding oil to the water or to the cooked pasta will cause your sauce to slip off the noodles.
The right measurement is 3 litres of water for every 250 gm of pasta. Filling water properly helps the pasta to expand better.
Always add 1 tbsp of salt for every 3 litres of water to season your pasta properly.
As soon as you drop your pasta in the water, stir it. This prevents the pasta from sticking.
Add pasta to the sauce, not the other way round. Keep your sauce warm while adding.
