500 grams of fish fillets 1 cup thick yoghurt 2 tablespoons Tandoori spice mix 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste 1 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon red chilli powder (adjust to taste) 1 teaspoon ground cumin 1 teaspoon ground coriander 1 tablespoon lemon juice Salt to taste 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Combine yoghurt, tandoori spice mix, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, ground cumin, ground coriander, lemon juice, salt, and vegetable oil in a bowl. Mix well to form a smooth marinade and coat the fish.

Allow the fish to marinate for at least 10-15 minutes. Then, preheat your oven to 200°C (about 400°F) or heat a grill.

Place the marinated fish on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the fish is cooked and has a slightly charred exterior.

You can garnish the tandoori fish with coriander leaves and serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
