Everyone has either had cooker cakes made by their parents in childhood or away from home during college days, has tried to bake cake using a cooker. Here is a recipe to refresh those memories.
Crush the choice of you biscuit properly, like oreo, bourbon or parle-g. Then make a thick paste with milk.
In the biscuit paste, add eno and let it increase in quantity and become lighter.
Remove the whistle of pressure cooker and place a small bowl with water. Grease a medium bowl with butter and add the biscuit batter.
Place the medium bowl on top of the bowl with water, close the lid of the cooker and cook for 15-20 minutes. The cake is ready.
