200g firm tofu 200g French beans 2 cloves garlic 1 small onion 1 red bell pepper 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon sesame oil 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 teaspoon cornstarch Salt and pepper to taste Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish

Heat the pan and fry the cubed tofu.

Add minced garlic, thinly sliced onion with French beans, and sliced red bell pepper.

Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Pour the soy sauce mixture over the tofu and vegetables.
