You must have tasted aloo paratha, pyaz paratha, gobi paratha, cheese paratha, matar paratha, and more. Have you tried corn paratha? It is delicious, easy to prepare, and wholesome. Moreover, you can relish it in every weather.
2 cups boiled corn 1 tsp oregano 1 cup grated cheese (optional) 1 cup flour Water as needed 2 tbsp coriander leaves Salt to taste 1 tsp red chilli powder ½ tsp chaat masala
Boil corn kernels and toss them with spices and salt.
Add chaat masala, and keep them aside to cool off.
Meanwhile, knead the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Quickly grind corn in a mixer. Make sure the blend is chunky.
Stuff the corn blend into the dough and roll the paratha.
Roast paratha on both sides and enjoy.
