Craving something healthy yet delicious? This comforting chicken soup made with the goodness of spinach, herbs and spices can be tried for your simple dinner. The soup is loaded with iron, protein, fibre and essential vitamins. Look at how you can make this soup:

450 gm chicken breasts 1 tbsp olive oil 1 large onion 3-4 cloves garlic 4 cups broth 1 inch ginger 1 tsp dried thyme 1 tsp oregano 1 tsp red chilli 1 cups of spinach leaves Salt and pepper to taste 2 tbsp butter

Wash the veggies and spinach leaves.

Chop the veggies and wash the chicken breasts

Take a pressure cooker, add the chicken breasts along with salt, ginger. Pressure cook till 2 whistles.

Shred the chicken. Meanwhile take a pan and add in the butter followed by chopped onions and garlic. Stir fry for some time.

To this add the veggies and chicken and saute till slightly brown. Add the chicken broth.
