Coconut Kheer: Treat Your Family With This Yummy Dessert

Made with milk, coconut malai, cardamom powder and lots of nuts, this dessert perfect to enjoy at anytime of the day. Here is an easy recipe to make coconut kheer at home.

Ingredients

500 ml milk 1 tsp cardamom powder 200 g coconut fat 150 ml coconut water 200 ml heavy cream 200 ml condensed milk Almond to garnish Cashew to garnish Pistachio to garnish Red raisins to garnish

Step 1

Boil milk in a pan. Add cardamom powder after a couple of boils. When done, keep aside. Add coconut malai & coconut water to the mixer jar. Grind.

Step 2

Now pour the milk and coconut paste in a bowl. Mix. Add heavy cream. Mix thoroughly. Now add condensed milk & mix again.

Step 3

Garnish with almonds, cashews, pistachios and raisins. Chill & serve.
