1 cup grated coconut 2 tbsp condensed milk 1/2 tsp green cardamom (powdered) 3 cup milk (full cream) 1/4 cup almonds 1 tbsp ghee 1 cup coconut cream 1/2 cup sugar 1/4 cup mixed dry fruits 1/2 cup coconut flesh Pinch of saffron

Heat a pan and add ghee. Add in coconut chunks, dry fruits, flaked almonds and toss everything together.

In a pan, heat milk and stir until it reduces to half. Also, whisk coconut cream in a bowl with condensed milk, cardamom powder and saffron.

When the milk is done, turn off the flame and add whisked coconut cream to it. Mix well.

After a few minutes, turn on the flame and add roasted nuts. Cook for more 4 to 5 minutes.

When the kheer comes to room temperature, refrigerate it and serve chilled.
