Coconut Kewra Sharbat A Refreshing & Aromatic Summer Drink

Coconut water and kewra water are combined to create the pleasant and delicious Coconut Kewra Drink.

Ingredients

2 cups coconut water 1 cup water 1/4 cup sugar (or adjust to taste) 1/2 tsp kewra water 1/2 tsp lemon juice Ice cubes for serving Mint leaves for garnishing

Step 1

In a pan, add water and sugar. Heat the pan and stir until the sugar dissolves completely.

Step 2

Now Remove from heat and let the syrup cool down to room temperature.

Step 3

Take a bowl, add coconut water, kewra water, lemon juice, and the cooled sugar syrup. Mix well.

Step 4

Refrigerate the drink  for at least 30 minutes. Take a glass and add ice cubes.

Step 5

Now pour the chilled Coconut Kewra Drink. Garnish with mint leaves and serve chilled!
