Coconut-Ginger Iced Latte: A Tropical Beverage For The Summer

A cross between the popular Vietnamese iced coffee but with a touch of warm spices from the ginger and cinnamon, this is an iced latte you will keep needing refills of very frequently.

INGREDIENTS

2 tablespoons condensed milk ¼ cup coconut milk 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder 1 teaspoon ginger powder 15 grams fine ground coffee 1 cup water Ice

METHOD

Add the ground coffee and spices to a French press or moka pot and pour hot water over to let the decoction drip.

METHOD

Set it aside to cool down completely while you pour the condensed milk and coconut milk into a glass and stir to combine.

METHOD

Add lots of ice before pouring the cooled coffee over and serving cold.
