Slightly sweet and utterly creamy, coconut curd is a good alternative to regular yoghurt prepared with milk, especially for people who struggle with lactose intolerance. Here is how you can make it at home.
Water from coconut 1 tbsp coconut curd culture A few ice cubes 3 whole coconuts
Break a coconut into pieces and blend it in a jar.
The blend should not be too watery.
Strain the concoction and whisk it once.
Heat coconut milk on the lowest flame until tiny bubbles form on the side.
Bring it down to room temperature and combine it with coconut curd culture.
In a day, coconut curd is ready for consumption.
