It is no surprise that different kinds of barfi are constantly flooding the Indian market. If you fail to acquire a box of your favourite sweets, why not make coconut barfi at home? Take a look!
1 cup grated coconut (roasted) 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder 1/4 teaspoon saffron strands 1 tablespoon ghee (clarified butter)
Take roasted coconut, powdered sugar, cardamom powder, and saffron strands and knead the mixture.
Add melted ghee and mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
Press the mixture into a greased pan. Let it cool, cut them, and serve.
