Ingredients 2 ounces gin 3/4-ounce lemon juice 1/4-ounce raspberry syrup 1 egg white 1 tsp granulated sugar Raspberries for garnish

Step 1

Take a cocktail shaker and add ice cubes. Pour gin, lemon juice, raspberry syrup, egg white, and sugar.

Step 2

Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Step 3

Garnish with a skewer of fresh raspberries. Serve and enjoy.
