Make these light and easy clear soups for dinner tonight and never look back. They don’t have added starch and are good for weight-loss too.
The broccoli florets and chopped carrots are simmered to make a vegetable broth. This immunity-boosting soup is rich in Vitamin C and several other nutrients.
The freshness of coriander leaves, paired with sour flavours of lemon juice make for a delicious bowl of soup during winters. Plus, lemon helps fight cold and flu too.
Add some onion, tomatoes and cumin to the vegetable broth. Sliced zucchini is added to the same and garnished with pepper powder, coriander and salt.
This is a classic winter soup that is often recommended for keeping infections at bay. Made with chicken stock, the soup is loaded with shredded chicken and celery.
This Thai-style clear soup is made with the iron-rich spinach and earthy flavours of mushroom. Chunks of mushroom and spinach leaves help to cure sore throat, cold etc.
