Classic Chocolava For Dessert

Here's a recipe for a delicious chocolava cake that you can make at home, soft and filled with chocolate.

Ingredients

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cut into pieces 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 3 large eggs 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/4 teaspoon salt Powdered sugar for dusting

Step 1

Start by preheating the oven to 425°F (218°C). Now in a microwave safe bowl add chocolate chips and butter.

Step 2

Microwave the mixture for 30-second until fully melted and smooth. Set aside to cool.

Now In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, flour, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.

Now take a muffin tin, and fill each halfway with the chocolate batter. Now place a teaspoon of chocolate hazelnut spread or ganache in the centre.

Now Cover the chocolate spread with another spoonful of the chocolate batter.

Now Bake in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes, until the edges are set but the center is still soft and gooey.

Step 8

Cool them a little before serving. Garnish with powdered sugar and serve warm.
