Pre-workout snacks are the most difficult to crack. They should give you just the right amount of energy. Celebrity fitness trainer Yasmin Karachiwala recently shared a cinnamon protein bite recipe which will solve your problem!
1/4 cup protein powder 1/2 cup almond butter 5 tbsp desiccated coconut 2 tbsp maple syrup 2 tsp cinnamon
In a bowl, add all the ingredients, except 1 tbsp cinnamon and 2 tbsp desiccated coconut.
Make a dough and then, roll it into small balls. Make a mixture from the leftover cinnamon and coconut.
Cover each ball with the mixture and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy!
