Christmas is all about baking the melt-in-mouth treats. One of the most delicious cakes you have on Christmas is chocolate fudge cake. Here’s how you can make it at home.
1.25 cups maida 0.75 cups cocoa powder 1.5 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 0.75 cups powdered sugar 1 cup water Pinch of salt 1 cup sour cream 0.25 cups oil 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup heavy cream 1 cup melted chocolate
Take a bowl and mix the dry ingredients like maida, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, and salt.
In another bowl, combine the wet ingredients like vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
Activate the baking soda by adding sour cream and hot water.
Mix the dry and wet ingredients till you get a smooth mixture.
Bake for about half an hour and let the cake cool.
Prepare chocolate ganache with heavy creamy and melted chocolate.
Decorate the cooled cake with ganache, and your indulgent cake will be ready.
