Christmas 2023: Make A Batch Of This Boozy Eggnog At Home

If this isn’t the time to get your festive spirit going, then what is? Whip up a delicious cocktail to enjoy with family and friends during the weekend and get everyone into the holiday mood with a creamy and boozy eggnog.

INGREDIENTS

4 large eggs ½ cup maple syrup 1 cup heavy cream 1.5 cups coconut milk ¼ cup brandy/bourbon ¼ cup rum 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1 pinch cinnamon powder, for garnish

STEP 1

Crack the eggs and pour the maple syrup into a blender and blend for exactly 4 minutes, using a timer.

STEP 2

Add the heavy cream, coconut milk, rum and brandy and blitz for a few seconds, to combine.

Add the nutmeg powder once you transfer the contents to an air-tight container and shake well to mix it in.

Refrigerate for up to four days and enjoy with a sprinkle of cinnamon powder on top.
