This decadent cake perfectly captures the essence of the festive season, and it is a dessert made with universally loved ingredients such as chocolate, coffee, and alcohol in a perfect blend where each one complements the other harmoniously.

Floured cooking spray 1 cake mix 1 container of sour cream 4 large eggs 1/2 cup Kahlua 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1 package of instant chocolate pudding mix 2 tablespoons grated orange zest 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 package of mini chocolate chips 1 tablespoon confectioners’ sugar, or to taste

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Using the floured cooking spray, grease a bundt pan.

Combine the cake mix, sour cream, eggs, Kahlua, vegetable oil, instant chocolate pudding mix, grated orange zest, and ground cinnamon in a large mixing dish. Mix until all of the ingredients are fully blended.

Fold in the little chocolate chips gently until they are evenly distributed throughout the batter.

Spread the batter evenly into the prepared bundt pan.

Bake for 45–50 minutes in a preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean.

Allow the cake to cool for about 15 minutes in the pan before transferring it to a wire rack to cool fully.
