Warm up your celebration mood with this hot cocktail.
40 ml golden rum, 40 ml cognac, 10 ml Fino sherry, dash of sugar syrup, 30 ml lemon juice, cinnamon stick
Add all the ingredients, except the cinnamon stick, to a small warmed jug.
Top up with very hot water, to taste.
Pour into warm glass tumblers and stir the drinks with a cinnamon stick before sipping.
