3 eggs 125 ml cream 35 g caster sugar 125 g dark chocolate 10 gm unsalted butter Whipped cream Some grated chocolate
Separate egg whites and egg yolks. Whisk egg yolks properly.
Now, melt chocolate using double boiler. Meanwhile, beat egg whites and sugar together.
Also mix cream and egg yolks until firm peaks are formed. Add in the melted chocolate and mix.
Add beaten egg white mixture into the cream and fold the mixture.
Serve in glasses or pots and garnish with grated chocolate or strawberry or cream.
