This chocolate banana puff pastry is a decadent and indulgent dessert that is sure to satisfy your sweet tooth. The combination of chocolate and banana is irresistible, and the flaky pastry adds the perfect touch of texture. Here is how to make this puff pastry.
2 ripe bananas 1 sheet puff pastry ¼ cup chocolate hazelnut spread 1 egg
Preheat the oven to 190° C (370° F).
Put the puff pastry on and flatten it with a rolling pin.
Cut the puff pastry sheet into 4 squares.
Place one banana on each puff pastry piece and cut it horizontally in half.
Put the chocolate into pieces over the one banana half and cover with the other half.
Cut half of the puff pastry piece into strips and wrap the bananas very well.
Transfer the rolls to a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
Brush the puff pastry rolls with the egg wash, and sprinkle with the sugar.
Bake them for 30-35 minutes.
Serve with the melted chocolate and chopped hazelnuts.
